Exchanges

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

Exchanges are permitted only within 3 days of the delivery or in-person purchase date (Day 0 = date of receipt).

To qualify, items must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Retain all tags, labels, and original packaging.

Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. 

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstance:

Undergarments, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive products

Sale/clearance or deeply discounted items

Personalized or custom-made pieces

Final‑sale items 

3. Condition Requirements

Clothes must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.

Merchandise that appears worn or altered is not eligible for exchange.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
